Privacy policy

This page explains what s12vlabs.com collects and why. It is short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

The contact form. When you send an inquiry we store what you typed (your name, email address, company and budget band if you gave them, and your message), the time, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We use the IP hash only to limit how many submissions one address can make per hour. We keep inquiries for 24 months and then delete them. We email the inquiry to ourselves so we can reply.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-lived request logs for security and debugging.

What we do not do

• We set no cookies.
• We show no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• We use no advertising or tracking pixels.
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the providers named above (Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, Resend for sending our own notification email).

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email hello@s12vlabs.com and we will answer within 30 days. The same applies to everyone else; we just are not legally obliged to say so.
