Questions
What does an AI assessment look like?
It takes two to three weeks. We interview your team, look at your data and systems, and come back with a short list of opportunities ranked by payback and risk, a recommended first project with a rough cost, and the things that would make an AI project fail at your company today.
Are you independent from model vendors?
Yes. We resell nothing and take no referral fees. We recommend Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-weight models based on what an evaluation on your data shows.
Can you help with an AI project that has stalled?
Yes. We review what was built, run an evaluation on real cases and tell you whether to fix it, rebuild it or stop. We have recommended each of the three.
Do you also build?
Yes. The advice comes from running AI products with paying customers. If you want us to build the recommended project, we can start the following week.
