Custom AI apps and MVPs

Web and mobile products with AI inside, from a one-week discovery to a launched app on a stack your team can run, with a fixed scope and price.

The problem

An AI feature is cheap to demo and expensive to make dependable. Teams spend months on a prototype that impresses in a meeting and then stall on data, edge cases, billing and support.

What we deliver

A one-week discovery that settles the user, the job to be done and the one feature that proves it.

A launched web or mobile product with accounts, billing, the AI feature, analytics and admin tools.

The AI parts done properly: retrieval over your data, evaluation sets, cost controls and fallbacks.

Production infrastructure with CI, monitoring, backups and a deploy you can run.

A handover to your team, or a retainer with us.

How we work

  1. Discovery. We interview you and your first customers. The output is a one-page spec with scope, price and dates.
  2. Build in weekly increments. You see a working version every week.
  3. Launch with real users. We stay for the first weeks of feedback.
  4. Hand over. Documentation, runbooks and a recorded walkthrough.

Where this comes from

We have launched products with the companies we worked with: bilz.ai, iproxy.online and CardioMood. We know what gets cut before launch and what cannot be.

Questions

What counts as an MVP here?

A product real customers can sign up for and use, with the one feature that proves the idea working end to end. We cut scope rather than quality.

What is the typical budget and timeline?

Most first versions take six to twelve weeks and cost tens of thousands of dollars, depending on integrations and whether there is a mobile app. We give you a fixed scope and price after a one-week discovery, and we say no to scope we think will not survive launch.

Which technologies do you use?

TypeScript on the web, Swift and Kotlin or Flutter on mobile, Postgres or SQLite for data, and Cloudflare or AWS for hosting. For AI, whichever model and retrieval approach fits the job. We prefer well-documented tools so the next engineer can take over.

Do you work with existing teams?

Yes. Sometimes we build the first version and hand it to your hires. Sometimes we add AI features to an app your team already runs. Either way the code lives in your repository from day one.

Who owns the code?

You do, including the prompts, the evaluation sets and the infrastructure configuration.
