What it is
bilz.ai is an AI back office for European restaurants. It reads supplier invoices, costs each recipe down to the ingredient and flags price increases, over-portioning and delivery errors as they happen. Sales come in from the POS, so daily profit and loss is a report rather than a project.
Stock counts, orders and waste are logged from a phone, by voice or chat. The AI does the reading and matching, and every extracted number links back to the document it came from. Restaurants pay a flat monthly fee per location, with no setup fee.

What we built
The document pipeline that reads invoices, the recipe costing engine, the integrations with Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed and Syrve, the web and mobile apps, and the infrastructure the product runs on.
